As Autel Energy continues its expansion across Europe’s EV charging market, we are looking for an experienced and structured Solution Engineer – DACH professional to join our team in Düsseldorf or Munich, Germany.

​

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional pre-sales technical support for AC/DC charging solutions and assist sales in developing customer opportunities.
• Work with global product and engineering teams to clarify specifications and validate solution feasibility.
• Design technical solutions, including system architecture, site planning, and product configuration.
• Conduct customer requirement analysis, technical assessments, and provide clear recommendations.
• Prepare pre-sales materials such as proposals, bid documents, and product presentations.
• Join customer meetings and site surveys, delivering technical demos and presentations.
• Support prototype testing, compatibility reviews, and pre-handover technical clarifications.
• Collect customer and market feedback to support product localization and improvement.
• Maintain clear technical communication across sales, product, engineering, and management teams.

What We’re Looking For

Hard Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Vehicle Technology, IT, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of EV charging systems and communication protocols (OCPP, Modbus, TCP/IP).
• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, applications engineering, or working closely with R&D teams.
• Strong ability to interpret technical specifications, create solution designs, and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable preparing technical proposals and supporting bid activities.
• Fluent in German, English, and Mandarin Chinese (mandatory).
