As part of a major portfolio integration following a recent acquisition, this role will oversee a combined suite of diagnostic products—positioning the Sales Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing platform.

- Drive revenue growth and expand market share across hospital systems, clinical labs, and government accounts
- Build strategic relationships with healthcare decision-makers across hospitals, labs, and physician groups
- Represent a diagnostics portfolio to hospital clients that directly impacts patient care
- Identify opportunities and strengthen leadership position through targeted sales strategies
- Serve as a strategic partner in pricing, product positioning, and market expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of sales leadership/ management in diagnostics or life sciences
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
- Strong network across hospital and laboratory customers
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience developing, motivating, and elevating high-performance sales teams
