Role: Director of Sales

Location: Tampa, Florida (Hybrid / Remote)

Compensation: $125-150K base, X2 OTE

Must-haves

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience within cybersecurity, SaaS, or channel-led environments
  • Proven experience managing channel-facing sales teams (MSP, MSSP, VAR ecosystems)
  • Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across partner-led and direct sales motions
  • Experience scaling sales teams within high-growth, venture-backed or PE-backed businesses
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. MSP and VAR landscape

  • The business is entering a critical phase of commercial scale, supported by increased investment, strong product-market fit, and expanding U.S. market presence
  • Hiring a Director of Sales – Channel & MSP to lead and scale partner-driven revenue across North America
  • Senior leadership role combining strategic ownership with hands-on sales execution
  • Direct impact on revenue growth, team development, and channel performance

Revenue Ownership & Sales Execution

  • Own and exceed revenue targets across U.S. MSP and channel-led territories
  • Drive full-cycle sales execution from pipeline generation through deal close
  • Maintain strong forecasting accuracy and forward-looking pipeline coverage
  • Increase retention and expansion through proactive partner and customer engagement

Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a team of Channel Account Managers
  • Run regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance discussions
  • Set clear expectations and drive consistent achievement against monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Channel & Partner Leadership

  • Own channel strategy across MSP, MSSP, and VAR partners
  • Recruit, enable, and activate new partners across key U.S. regions
  • Build senior-level partner relationships and drive co-selling motions
  • Ensure partner performance aligns with program standards and revenue expectations

Sales Operations & Performance

  • Define and track KPIs across the sales funnel to drive predictability
  • Leverage CRM and reporting tools to improve visibility and forecasting accuracy
  • Partner with Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to increase deal velocity
  • Coach teams on value-based selling, pipeline management, and deal strategy

Industry & Domain Experience

  • Background in cybersecurity or security-adjacent SaaS businesses
  • Experience selling into SMB and mid-market segments via channel-led models
  • Familiarity with security-led buying cycles and partner ecosystems

  • Based in, or able to work hybrid/remote from, Tampa, Florida
