About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director with deep expertise in IT staffing and consulting services, including Staff Augmentation and Statement of Work (SOW) solutions. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving growth, unifying multiple sales teams, and expanding our national client footprint.
The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the IT staffing industry—someone who thrives on building strategy, mentoring teams, and closing enterprise-level deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and integrate multiple sales teams under one cohesive go-to-market strategy to maximize market coverage and revenue.
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy for IT Staffing, Staff Aug, and SOW-based solutions, driving consistent year-over-year growth.
- Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales organization that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Manage executive-level relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring strong retention and growth across accounts.
- Collaborate with delivery and recruiting leadership to align client demand with operational capacity and fulfillment excellence.
- Oversee the design and implementation of sales metrics, compensation plans, and performance dashboards.
- Identify and pursue new markets, service lines, and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s presence across enterprise clients.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate brand visibility.
Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in IT staffing sales, with a proven record of leading teams and closing large-scale Staff Aug/SOW deals.
- Demonstrated ability to unify, scale, and modernize multi-regional or multi-brand sales teams post-merger or acquisition.
- Deep understanding of IT workforce solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and project-based delivery models.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level buyers across enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Proven success in creating go-to-market strategies and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and empowering teams.
