Sales Director - US
Annapurna are partnering with an exciting international B2B SaaS that are looking to hire a Sale Director to lead and grow their US operation.
Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Director, you will lead and develop a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth, elevate sales performance. This is a Player-Coach role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on deal execution.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coach the team: Manage, mentor, and motivate Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management, skill development, and coaching.
- Drive revenue and execution: Act as an individual contributor on key channel-led deals, guiding strategy and execution from opportunity creation to close.
- Manage partner sales: Build and strengthen relationships with partners, oversee joint business plans, and coordinate proposals, RFPs, and end-user engagements.
- Forecast and analyze: Conduct regular forecasting and pipeline reviews to ensure healthy coverage, data accuracy, and performance visibility.
- Implement best practices

Your Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (AE, SDR, CSM, etc.).
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales reps.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, sales processes, and pipeline management.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel, with a focus on destinations throughout the American region.
