About The Role

We’re seeking a Sales Solutions Architect to serve as the technical and strategic partner to prospective and existing customers throughout the sales and adoption lifecycle. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Clinical Success to scope solutions, design integrations, deliver compelling demos, and translate platform capabilities into real-world value.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping how customers understand, evaluate, and deploy InsightHealth’s platform—bridging technical architecture with clinical and operational outcomes.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare data, AI systems, solution design, and narrative storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Lead Technical Discovery & Solution Design

  • Partner with Sales to evaluate customer environments, workflows, data readiness, and integration paths.  
  • Map technical and clinical requirements into clear solution architectures.  
  • Translate platform features into value outcomes tailored to each health system or practice.  

Drive Pre-Sales Excellence

  • Deliver persuasive demos that resonate with both technical and clinical audiences.  
  • Lead technical validation, InfoSec, and compliance review processes (HIPAA, SOC2, PHI handling standards).  
  • Support RFPs, technical evaluations, and stakeholder presentations.  

Guide Seamless Technical Hand-Off & Onboarding

  • Work closely with Clinical Success Managers and Engineering to ensure successful deployment plans and configuration scopes.  
  • Document solution architectures, integration touchpoints, and data workflows for implementation.  

Influence Product & GTM Strategy

  • Surface market insights to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities.  
  • Develop scalable demo environments, playbooks, and field collateral for repeatable GTM execution.  

Build Trusted Customer & Partner Relationships

  • Serve as a consultative advisor to clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders—from CIOs to IT Directors to CMOs.  

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or similar roles in healthtech, SaaS, analytics, or data platforms.  
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data systems (EHR/EMR, FHIR, HL7, claims, provider documentation workflows).  
  • Able to translate technical concepts into business value and clinical outcomes.  
  • Confident in leading demos, architecture discussions, and stakeholder conversations across technical and clinical teams.  
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and energized by fast-moving startup environments.  

Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI/ML, clinical documentation tools, or healthcare workflow automation.  
  • Familiarity with major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena) or clinical integration teams.  
  • Experience supporting enterprise health system procurement cycles.  
  • Background in healthcare consulting, informatics, or data engineering.
