SAP Project Implementation Manager/Specialist
Daily Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the SCEIS Director, Enterprise Project Manager, and SCEIS Functional Team Leads to develop, maintain, and execute project plans supporting initiatives for the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) and the State Treasurer's Office (STO).
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Treasury team leads and staff to coordinate project schedules and ensure alignment between SCEIS and other project resources.
- Provide overall coordination, status reporting, and stability for assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate communication across all enterprise stakeholders impacting project scope, budget, risk, and resource planning.
- Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues, escalating concerns that may affect timelines or milestones to SCEIS management.
- Report system development and implementation issues that may significantly impact costs, resources, or delivery schedules.
- Manage project closeout activities, including documentation of lessons learned and archiving of required project artifacts.
- Recommend and support project and portfolio management best practices for Treasury and Finance-related initiatives.

Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and
- 5+ years of SAP implementation and/or project management experience

- PMP or other PMI project management-related certification
