We’re looking for a seasoned sales leader with deep expertise in Salesforce consulting services to drive growth across Financial Services accounts in North America. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building strategic client relationships, growing pipeline, and closing large, complex deals across the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Travel Requirement: 30–40% travel across the US (fully reimbursed)

Job Summary

As a Senior Director – Financial Services, you will own client relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts spanning Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, and Wealth Management. You’ll partner closely with sales and delivery leaders to develop account strategies, drive pipeline, and build a $20M+ Salesforce services portfolio, positioning the organization as a trusted advisor for large-scale digital transformation.

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills

  • Proven success selling Salesforce consulting / professional services to enterprise Financial Services clients
  • Strong understanding of Financial Services verticals: Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, Wealth Management
  • Demonstrated ability to win net-new logos and expand existing enterprise accounts
  • Experience working within complex, matrixed consulting organizations
  • Consultative, opportunity-driven sales mindset with executive presence

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience collaborating closely with Salesforce alliance teams
  • Ability to shape industry-specific Salesforce solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance environments
  • Strong strategic account planning and whitespace identification skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, margin, and practice growth within Financial Services
  • Own the full sales lifecycle—Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, and Close—for large, complex Salesforce deals
  • Build and manage C-suite relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for Salesforce-led transformations
  • Create and execute account plans aligned with client business priorities and Salesforce roadmaps
  • Lead and manage end-to-end pre-sales activities, partnering with internal sales and consulting leaders
  • Collaborate with solution and industry teams to design tailored Salesforce offerings
  • Strengthen Salesforce alliance relationships, driving co-sell motions and joint pursuits
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term account value
