Senior Sales Engineer
About the Opportunity:
The organization provides a privacy platform enabling healthcare providers to automate website and app HIPAA compliance, safeguarding patient data. The role focuses on supporting sales cycles with product expertise, ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy regulations, and driving process improvement for the solutions engineering team.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales cycle, providing product expertise and competitive strategy.
• Lead product demos, tailoring each to prospects' needs and clearly showcasing platform features.
• Provide guidance on legal and security calls, addressing system architecture, compliance, privacy, and data security concerns.
• Drive process improvement for the solutions engineering team, streamlining workflows and enhancing knowledge management.
Requirements:
• Expertise in customer data platforms, digital marketing strategy, digital analytics, and vendor positioning in these spaces.
• Industry knowledge around healthcare, health tech, or health-adjacent businesses.
• Ability to interpret data architecture diagrams and JavaScript; proficiency using browser development tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for any audience.
• Self-starter with experience working in fast-paced environments and solving problems independently.
• Technical credibility to communicate with both engineers and business stakeholders.
• Honest and transparent when encountering unknowns.
