What You’ll Do  

  • Identify, prospect, and close middle-market clients in New York and beyond.  
  • Conduct tailored product demos and presentations for executives and decision-makers.  
  • Translate client needs into solutions, including assisting with knowledge base documentation and prompt engineering.  
  • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy and client success.  
  • Build long-term client relationships while driving aggressive early revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For  

  • 4+ years of technology sales experience, preferably SaaS, enterprise software, or AI/automation solutions.  
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas with strong client references.  
  • Comfort operating in early-stage, fast-moving environments.  
  • Technical fluency to support demos and light solution engineering.  
  • Education: MBA, Engineering, STEM, Finance, Economics, or equivalent preferred.  
  • Must reside within 10 miles of mid-town Manhattan (New York City) and be available for in-person client engagements.

Compensation:  

  • Base Salary: $75,000 annually  
  • Starting Commission: Up to 40% of first-year subscription revenue per client (uncapped)  
  • Equity: Early-stage restricted stock units, awarded after the first 12 months for team members who meet key growth milestones and deliver measurable results
