Senior Solution Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Installs and configure the System on production and non-production environments of other infrastructure components.
• Collaborates on integrating the system with IT management tools (monitoring, logging, backup, etc.).
• Contribute to the solution delivery documentation.
• Localize the training material and perform trainings in local language.
• Diagnoses and resolves technical issues efficiently.
• Regularly updates systems, applies security patches, and performs software updates.
• Provides technical support to users and ensures smooth system operation.
• Monitors and analyzes system performance to optimize infrastructure utilization.
• Implements and maintains security policies and system administration procedures.
• Configure the System on environments according to the technical design, installation and configuration document.
• Analysis and planning of IT resource requirements to optimize infrastructure utilization.
• Weekly progress report to workstream leaders.
• Performs tasks and activities according to the requirements of standards by which the company is certified, as well as by other relevant technical standards, organization regulations and instructions.
• Shares knowledge and information with colleagues.
• Carries out other tasks relating to the area of responsibility, following instructions by the superior.

Qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant field (Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering and or Management Information Systems).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of R&D processes, regulations, and standards.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and internal company systems.
• Knowledge of technologies relevant to the role.
• E-literacy and digital fluency.
