ABOUT THE SENIOR SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to own end-to-end integrations and deliver real impact to customers. You’ll work closely with onboarding managers and customer IT teams to configure the platform for each client’s unique needs.

​

This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role where you’ll deal with diverse data sources, design mappings, and build seamless pipelines that make complex systems work together. If you love solving messy integration problems, working directly with customers, and having full ownership of your work, this role is for you.

​

SKILLS

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role (SaaS/fintech ideal)
• Strong backend/data fundamentals with SQL, Regex, and scripting proficiency
• Experience with ETL processes, unstructured data handling, and data reconciliation
• Confidence working directly with customer IT teams and internal stakeholders
• Bias for autonomy! Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal guidance
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, high-pressure environments
