Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

About the Opportunity:

The organization develops solutions to support digital security and productivity for businesses. This role focuses on acting as a Senior Solutions Engineer to advise the enterprise sales team and customers, providing technical expertise, tailored demonstrations, and customer-specific insights to support the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical advisor for the Go-to-Market team.

• Provide technical coaching to Account Executives to help them articulate product capabilities and align with customer requirements.

• Scope and recommend technical solutions addressing both stated and unstated customer needs for enterprise clients.

• Deliver technical education to customers about the product suite.

• Work with Account Executives to align technical solutions with customer goals, navigate requirements, and influence stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Support teams to improve customer-facing resources.

• Mentor team members to share technical expertise and best practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in customer-facing B2B roles.

• 5+ years in a multi-product SaaS environment.

• Experience supporting enterprise sales and closing complex deals.

• Ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.

• Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic customer requirements.

• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.

• High autonomy with project management and deadline discipline.

• Willingness to mentor and share best practices.

• Knowledge of SaaS, security, and technologies such as SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and AI.

Compensation:

• USA-based roles: Annual base salary between $106,000 USD and $144,000 USD, commission-eligible. Immediate participation in benefits program (health, dental, 401k, and others), paid time off, equity grant, and incentive programs where applicable.

• Canada-based roles: Annual base salary between $100,000 CAD and $136,000 CAD, commission-eligible. Immediate participation in benefits program (health, dental, RRSP, and others), paid time off, equity grant, and incentive programs where applicable.
