ServiceNow Solutions Engineer

Job Title: Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer (ServiceNow)

We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to support our ServiceNow-focused sales organization. This role is all about helping customers understand how the platform can solve their business challenges and demonstrating how our services bring those solutions into reality. You’ll partner with sales leadership, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders to craft, present, and validate solution approaches tailored to each customer’s environment and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales teams to identify new opportunities, assess requirements, and translate customer needs into clear technical strategies
• Deliver compelling demonstrations that highlight how ServiceNow capabilities provide measurable value when deployed at scale
• Design solution architectures combining ServiceNow products with professional services to address customer-specific use cases
• Lead technical conversations with prospects, explaining features, integrations, limitations, and best practices in a clear and practical manner
• Oversee proofs-of-concept, prototype builds, and technical evaluations to validate feasibility and value
• Develop technical collateral, demo content, and supporting documentation for sales and marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on ServiceNow releases, ecosystem updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings
• Continuously build and refine your technical expertise across the platform and related technologies
• Partner with internal teams across sales, delivery, engineering, and marketing to ensure alignment and strong customer outcomes

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $130,000 – $165,000
• Commission: Uncapped
• 0.5% of services revenue
• 1% of software revenue
