Software Implementation Project Manager

Overview

We’re seeking a Software Implementation Project Manager to guide new clients through the implementation of a property management platform. You’ll take ownership of organizing and validating data, documents, and configurations, allowing clients to focus on their business while you handle the details.

You’ll work closely with internal implementation teams and client stakeholders to ensure projects are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

If you thrive on detail, understand the complexity of Affordable Housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, RD, HOME, etc.), and love bringing order to chaos, this role is for you.

This role is 100% remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead clients through onboarding and data setup for a seamless go-live.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and hit project milestones.
  • Translate client operations and compliance rules into accurate configurations.
  • Validate data, manage documentation, and ensure everything aligns before launch.
  • Identify risks early and find proactive solutions.
  • Continuously improve the onboarding experience for clients.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Affordable Housing required.
  • Background in property management software implementation required.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Experience with remote collaboration and help desk tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
