About the Role

Support Alacriti sales team from a functional, solution and commercial perspective to bring innovative solutions to financial institutions (FIs), fintech platforms and marketplaces and help deliver world-class demonstrations that span our entire suite of enterprise money movement products.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the key issues across a spectrum of financial institutions and fintechs and evaluate how Alacriti’s unique payments technology can drive meaningful improvements.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis with FIs to assess fitment between their requirements and Alacriti’s payment solutions.
  • Help financial institutions and their clients meet strategic business goals by streamlining payments technology and operations and engage their customers across multiple channels.
  • Respond to RFP/RFI (Request for proposal/information) for Payment Hubs, Real-Time Payments, ACH, Wires, BillPay, Payouts and other payment related products and services while creating and maintaining opportunity-specific product presentations and collateral.
  • Understand current business/industry environment (transfers and money movement) including business drivers, market trends, relevant regulations and prospect interactions to influence product development.
  • Developing thought leadership in the domain through research & analysis, industry engagements and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience working at Financial Institutions, particularly with a background in Payments Operations, is highly valued.
  • Deep, practical expertise across multiple domains within Digital, Transactional, and Corporate Banking, such as: Core Banking, Payments Processing (low-value, high-value, real-time, ACH, and Cards), Bill Payment, P2P and B2B Transfers, Payment Operations and Reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the processing and settlement of rail payments, specifically across at least one of the following: ACH, Wires, RTP, or FedNow.
  • Technical/business experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, sales, technical enablement, or software application development.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and present robust product demos, combined with the communication skills needed to develop customer relationships by listening to, understanding, and anticipating client needs (business and IT).
  • Experienced in technically on the concepts of software development and architecture, project management, requirements engineering, product management and solution architecture.

Required Skills

  • 10 or more years of proven sales-enablement track record in the Payments industry in developing customer-specific solutions to meet enterprise-wide payment needs of commercial banks, credit unions, digital banking providers and fintechs.
  • Functional domain experience and expertise in one or more of the following product/vendors: Digital Banking providers such as Alkami, Q2, Bottomline, Backbase, etc.; Core Banking providers such as DNA, Premier (FiServ), IBS, Horizon (FIS), Symitar, Silverlake (JHA); Payment processing experience with applications like GPP (Fundtech/Finastra), Clear2Pay, Money Movement Hub (FIS), Dovetail, Payments Xchange (Fiserv), ACID.
  • Delivered custom demonstrations and educated customers on product capabilities across a span of complex technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills.
  • Has a competitive spirit and desire to win, highly motivated and results-driven.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology related field (Preferred but not required).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay range and compensation package

130-140K with variable bonus
