Solutions Engineer

I’m working with a fast-growing industrial automation company that’s redefining how modern packaging and assembly systems operate across the food and beverage sector.

Their technology sits at the intersection of robotics, modular manufacturing, and data-driven software — combining real-time visibility, blockchain traceability, and automation to deliver fully connected, efficient production systems for global brands.

The business has scaled rapidly, with multiple U.S. manufacturing sites and a next-gen digital platform linking physical operations with cloud-based intelligence. Following strong growth and major new customer wins, they’re now hiring a Solutions Engineer to join their product and data team.

🚀 The Role

You’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Product Management, acting as a key technical contributor on projects that connect physical production systems with enterprise data.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal tools and integrations using JavaScript (Node.js) and Python
• Scope, build, and maintain API integrations with customers and vendors
• Customise and extend the company’s ERP and WMS platforms to enhance performance
• Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools
• Test and validate applications built by other teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and data teams to improve workflows
• Troubleshoot, document, and continuously optimise system performance

🧩 What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years’ experience in software development, systems integration, or IT engineering
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Node.js), Python, and SQL
• Hands-on experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Proven ability to customise or extend ERP/WMS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bonus points for:

• Experience with React, SAP, or Microsoft Azure (Data Factories, AD, B2C, etc.)
• Exposure to data engineering, BI tools, or API security best practices
