Their platform is used by high growth scale ups and global enterprises to deliver trusted, reliable, high quality data and with exceptional customer traction, they’re now expanding their technical GTM team in the UK.
This is an incredible opportunity for a presales minded Solutions Engineer who loves working at the intersection of technical depth, customer engagement, and deal strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
80% – Presales / New Business
You’ll be the technical partner to the Sales team, owning everything from discovery to proof-of-concept:
- Lead tailored, high-impact demos that clearly articulate platform value
- Run Proofs of Concept from kickoff through to success criteria delivery
- Advise prospects on architecture, integrations, and best practices in modern data observability
- Map the platform’s capabilities to complex customer environments across the modern data stack
- Support RFP/RFI responses and build reusable technical documentation
- Shape deal strategy by providing technical insight, identifying champions, and supporting competitive positioning
- Act as a subject-matter expert in data observability, reliability, and governance
20% – Customer Success & Engagement
You’ll stay close to a select group of existing customers to ensure strong adoption and long-term success:
- Act as their technical point of contact for onboarding and architecture guidance
- Troubleshoot and optimise configurations
- Support renewals and expansion opportunities in partnership with Customer Success
- Gather customer insights to feed into product roadmap decisions
Internal Collaboration
You’ll work across multiple teams internally to strengthen the product and GTM engine:
- Partner with Product & Engineering to relay field insights and influence roadmap
- Contribute to technical playbooks, demo environments, and documentation
- Help build scalable presales processes as the team continues to expand
What we are Looking For
- Strong technical background across the modern data stack (warehousing, ETL/ELT, orchestration, BI, APIs, cloud)
- Previous experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impact
- Excellent communication skills — confident running demos and leading technical discovery
- Someone who loves fast-paced environments, problem-solving, and working directly with senior stakeholders
