Role: Solutions Engineer (Product Expert)

We’re looking for a product-minded operator who thrives at the intersection of product, implementation, and client delivery. You’ll drive new product launches, ensure adoption, and act as a key bridge between customers, product, engineering, and support.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you’ll help shape how AI products are deployed at scale.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Lead and program manage new product launches  

🔹 Create training materials, enablement assets, and internal knowledge sessions  

🔹 Monitor product health using SQL + BI tools; troubleshoot and resolve issues  

🔹 Act as the “Voice of the Customer” across support tickets, calls, surveys, and data  

🔹 Partner closely with Product & Engineering to influence roadmap decisions  

🔹 Conduct discovery with new clients to understand workflows & product requirements  

🔹 Own the implementation experience end to end

What We’re Looking For

✔ 5+ years of early-stage startup experience (ops, generalist, solutions, or similar)  

✔ Strong record of delivering impactful software products  

✔ Ability to prioritise and thrive in ambiguity  

✔ Ownership mindset with comfort wearing multiple hats  

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  

✔ Experience with SQL / BI tools is a strong plus  

✔ Willing to work onsite, 5 days/week in NYC or SF
