Solutions Engineer

About the Opportunity:

The organization builds tools to support modern software development, focusing on empowering high-impact companies to achieve excellence. This opportunity is for a fully remote technical partner role that supports strategic prospects and customers. The position involves driving technical engagements, leading demos, migrations, integrations, and helping new sales hires through best practices. Only candidates based in the US are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Present the organization’s architecture, data model, and integration patterns to technical and product teams; deliver tailored technical presentations and demos.

• Design, plan, and execute large-scale migrations, custom configurations, and API integrations; proactively troubleshoot onboarding.

• Build and maintain demo instances that simulate enterprise workflows and enable effective product demonstrations.

• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create technical training materials, conduct training sessions for new hires, and curate solution playbooks.

• Serve as the primary technical resource for high-priority accounts; work with Customer Success to resolve technical issues and support adoption.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar role at a high-growth SaaS company supporting enterprise-scale deals.

• Hands-on experience with OAuth2, GraphQL, data migrations, and product integrations.

• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both engineers and executives.

• Experience with Github and git; familiarity with similar tools preferred.

• Proven ability to build scalable demo environments and troubleshoot production issues.

• Computer Science degree or engineering background strongly preferred.

• Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

• Proficiency with SQL and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
