We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused professional to take on a Sales Engineering role at Foxpass, part of the Splashtop family. You will be key in driving growth across the EMEA region by guiding prospects during pre-sales and ensuring customer success post-sales.

🔧 About the Role  

This is a hands-on, technical role combining pre-sales and post-sales activities. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering while supporting customers throughout their journey with Foxpass.  

• Sales Engineering (Pre-Sales)  
• Act as the technical expert during the sales process, supporting the AE  
• Deliver engaging product demos and presentations  
• Analyze customer environments and propose tailored solutions  
• Lead successful proof-of-concepts and technical trials  
• Help new customers with onboarding, configuration, and integration  
• Maintain and create product documentation and tutorials  
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams  

🎯 What We Are Looking For  

Core Technical Expertise  

• Minimum 3 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or senior Technical Support within SaaS, security, wireless networking, or identity management  
• Strong grasp of networking and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)  
• Hands-on experience with RADIUS, LDAP, PKI  
• Deep knowledge of authentication protocols including EAP-TLS and EAP-TTLS  
• Experience with 802.1X, PKI Certificate Authorities, and SCEP enrollment workflows  
• Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments, with scripting capability in Python or Bash  

Identity, Device, and Infrastructure Ecosystem  

• Familiarity with identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace  
• Experience with Intune and other enterprise MDMs (e.g., JAMF, Mosyle)  
• Understanding of network infrastructure including Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, and switches  
• Knowledge of major AP vendors such as Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti/Unifi, Aruba, Fortinet, etc. (plus)  

Professional & Communication Skills  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills  
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, customer-friendly explanations  

Background & Mindset  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience  
• Proactive, customer-first approach with strong problem-solving skills  
• Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable engaging directly with customers and cross-functional teams
