The Role
In this role, you will serve as the primary product expert and strategic advisor during the sales cycle. You will partner with Account Executives to uncover client needs and collaborate with Solutions Architects who handle deep technical implementation. Your focus will be on the "business logic" of the solution—mapping client use cases to our platform, designing persuasive narratives, and managing the Proof of Concept (POC) process to ensure commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Pre-Sales Discovery & Strategy: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to translate client business requirements into platform configurations, defining scope, timelines, and criteria for success.
- Narrative & Demo Excellence: Create and deliver tailored demonstrations and "Point of View" presentations that link specific client pain points to our current capabilities and future roadmap
- POC Management: Own the business execution of Proofs of Concept. You will define KPIs, manage the project cadence, validate value delivery, and lead executive presentations, while coordinating technical build tasks with the Solutions Architect.
- Technical Advisory: Serve as the subject matter expert on how our platform integrates with standard agency data stacks and workflows, handling technical Q&A at a conceptual/architectural level.
- Commercial Support: Accelerate deal velocity by documenting decision criteria, quantifying ROI, mitigating risks, and supporting contract negotiations with clear definition of acceptance outcomes.
- Enablement & Feedback: Develop reusable assets (demo scripts, discovery playbooks, one-pagers) and funnel field intelligence back to the Product team to prioritize roadmap features that increase win rates.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management within SaaS. Must have experience in AI/Analytics, MarTech, or AdTech.
- Generative AI Fluency: Hands-on familiarity with LLM-powered enterprise solutions (e.g., conversational AI, RAG workflows, or AI copilots). You do not need to build models from scratch, but you must be able to articulate adoption patterns, governance, and evaluation criteria to clients.
- Strategic Problem Solver: Proven ability to map complex business problems to software capabilities and clearly articulate trade-offs between out-of-the-box features vs. custom configurations.
- POC Leadership: Demonstrated success in running structured pilots that drive measurable decisions. You must possess executive-level communication skills, including confident live presentation abilities and high-quality writing.
- Technical Literacy: Conversational knowledge of the modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), Single Sign-On (SSO), and API-based integrations.
- Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 25% for client engagements.
