Sprinklr Implementation Specialist
Overview:
Configure, deploy, and optimize Sprinklr solutions that enhance customer engagement, social listening, and experience management. The ideal candidate has deep platform experience, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to support public-sector clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements and configure Sprinklr modules (Care, Marketing, Social Listening, Insights, or Service).
- Customize dashboards, reporting, and automation workflows.
- Integrate Sprinklr with CRM, collaboration, marketing automation, or service desk tools.
- Train end-users and administrators in Sprinklr capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with CX goals.
- Provide post-launch support, data validation, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2–4+ years’ experience with Sprinklr platform implementation and configuration
- Strong understanding of CX, social engagement, and digital service workflows
- Experience supporting Federal, State, or Local government agencies — Federal strongly preferred
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, public-sector security requirements, or government compliance workflows
- CRM integration experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, Teams, etc.)
- Strong analytics, reporting, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Preferred:
- Consulting or agency experience delivering enterprise CX solutions
- Knowledge of social data APIs and automation scripting
- Experience in secure environments (FedRAMP, public-sector IT, or similar)
