Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Sales, USA who brings energy, strategy, and entrepreneurial fire to drive household penetration and sustainable growth across the United States. This role is the right hand to our Chief Customer Officer, USA, a trusted partner who thrives in a fast-paced, values-led, and highly collaborative environment.

Your day to day:

  • Lead Growth: Own the U.S. sales strategy and execution to expand our brands’ footprint and household penetration.
  • Partner for Impact: Work hand-in-hand with the Chief Customer Officer to drive performance, strengthen retailer relationships, and elevate category leadership.
  • Channel Focus: Mass, Club, Drug, Dollar, C-Store, Food Service & Alternative Channels
  • Inspire & Enable: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of passionate sales professionals to deliver bold results while staying true to our purpose.
  • Drive Commercial Excellence: Translate data into insight, build fact-based selling stories, and ensure flawless execution across channels.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to bring innovation to life and maximize every growth opportunity.
  • Act Like an Owner: Operate with agility, resourcefulness, and accountability—just like an entrepreneur running their own business.
  • Manage a team of 4, along with brokers and an opportunity for additional headcount with growth.

Who You Are:

  • A high-energy sales leader with 7+ years of progressive experience in CPG sales (natural/organic or better-for-you categories a plus).
  • Proven success in building brands and scaling distribution across major U.S. retailers.
  • A strategic thinker and doer, you know how to connect the big picture to in-market action.
  • A people-first leader who develops teams, fosters trust, and celebrates wins together.
  • Agile, collaborative, and hungry to make an impact—you’ve got a fire in your belly for driving growth with purpose.

Notes:

  • Location: Central US. Remote role with travel.
  • Base salary will between $175,000 - $240,000 based on experience.
  • 30% bonus based on individual and company performance.
  • 401k with matching.
