Role Overview – Solutions Engineer (Velocity Level)

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who’s eager to blend technical problem-solving with customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone early in their career — with roughly 2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical sales or software engineering role — who’s excited to grow into a trusted advisor helping customers adopt innovative, AI-powered software development tools.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to demonstrate value, solve complex problems, and help shape how customers experience the platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to accelerate your technical career at the intersection of software development and AI innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and design effective technical solutions.
• Deliver engaging demos and assist with Proofs of Value (PoVs) that highlight the power of the platform.
• Translate technical details into clear business outcomes that resonate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to influence future product improvements.
• Support key pre-sales activities, including security reviews, documentation, and solution scoping.
• Stay current on industry trends, particularly in AI, developer tools, and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate on internal enablement materials and playbooks to improve team efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer).
• A strong interest in AI, DevOps, and software development tools.
• Comfort engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with curiosity to learn and grow fast.

Bonus Points For:

• Exposure to CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).
• Experience using or supporting developer tools, SDKs, or APIs.
