About C8 Health  

C8 Health is a fast-growing digital health startup on a mission to transform how healthcare organizations implement their best practices, improve patient outcomes, and scale care delivery efficiency.  

We are now entering a phase of rapid growth and are seeking a VP of Sales to join our executive team and lead our go-to-market expansion in the U.S.  

Role Overview  

The VP of Sales will be a player-coach who not only builds and leads a high-performing sales team, but also directly engages in the sales process with major accounts. This leader will bring proven experience scaling ARR from early-stage to growth stage ($10–20M) in the healthcare software sector.  

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of healthcare enterprise sales, a track record of building repeatable sales processes, and the ability to recruit, mentor, and inspire top sales talent.  

Responsibilities  

  • Develop and execute C8 Health’s sales strategy to achieve rapid revenue growth  
  • Own the full sales cycle – from pipeline generation through contract close – for strategic enterprise accounts.  
  • Build, manage, and scale a sales team with a focus on performance, accountability, and culture.  
  • Establish sales playbooks, metrics, and forecasting processes to ensure predictability and repeatability.  
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align go-to-market strategy with company objectives.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and expansion.  
  • Represent C8 Health externally at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings.  

Qualifications  

  • Proven success scaling a healthcare software startup from ~$1-3M to $10–20M+ ARR.  
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience as a VP Sales in a fast growth environment.  
  • Demonstrated ability to close large enterprise healthcare deals with health systems.  
  • Track record of hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams.  
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.  
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.  
  • Based in the United States, with willingness to travel for client and team meetings.
