Kinara Group is partnered with a cutting-edge AI/ML company transforming biomarker discovery and translational research looking to add key hires in Q1 2026 - open to interviewing candidates this side of Christmas.
Following strong growth and nearing a major funding milestone, they are hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead global commercial strategy across Top-20 Pharma and tier-1 biotech.
This role is ideal for a senior commercial leader who thrives in high-growth, science-driven environments and knows how to close large-scale enterprise licensing and co-development deals.
The Opportunity
- Own global revenue strategy across Pharma & Biotech
- Lead enterprise sales cycles for multi-year, multi-million-dollar platform licences
- Build and scale the commercial organisation (AEs, BD, alliances)
- Partner with Product & Science to shape roadmap based on customer needs
- Drive GTM execution into Translational Medicine, Biomarker Discovery, and Precision Medicine functions
- Act as a key voice with executive leadership during upcoming fundraise phases
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15+ years enterprise sales in Life Sciences software, AI/ML, biomarker discovery, translational analytics, or R&D platforms
- Strong track record with Top-20 Pharma, closing $1M–$10M+ deals
- Experience with strategic partnerships, co-innovation agreements, and global account expansion
- Deep network across Translational Science, CDx, Biomarkers, and R&D IT
- Background in high-growth biotech / Series A–C tech-bio companies preferred
- Ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams
