As we expand, we’re seeking a Vice President of Private Duty Nursing who combines clinical excellence, strategic vision, and a proven sales background.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and inspire private duty nursing teams across LTC and home health settings
• Build and strengthen partnerships with long-term care facilities, hospitals, and referral networks
• Drive business growth, operational excellence, and innovative care models
• Mentor and develop nursing leaders, creating a high-performance, patient-centered culture

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds an active RN license
• Has demonstrated leadership in LTC, home health, or private duty nursing
• Brings strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
