In 1999, Art transitioned into sales enablement; in 2005, he joined a global learning company; and since 2009, he has helped global B2B organizations drive consultative sales transformation and sustainable performance improvement. One standout success is a global sales transformation for an electronics manufacturing outsourcer, which delivered a 22% increase in bookings and a 16-point increase in win rate over two years. That client continues to work with Art today—nearly two decades later.
