Position: Airtable Tooling Expert

Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design and structure Airtable bases for project tracking and internal workflows.
Create and refine automations to improve data accuracy and reduce manual tasks.
Build user-friendly interfaces that simplify access and data interaction.
Develop dashboards and reporting views for tracking project progress and performance metrics.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and tool integrations.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Advanced proficiency in Airtable, including Automations, Interfaces, and Scripting.
Strong understanding of workflow design, data modeling, and relational structures.
Proven experience developing internal tools or dashboards for project management.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and manage priorities independently.

Preferred

Familiarity with the data-labeling industry.
