Position: Airtable Tooling Expert

​

Type: Independent Contractor  

Compensation: $50/hour  

Location: Remote  

Commitment: 20 hours/week

​

Role Responsibilities

​

• Design and structure Airtable bases for project tracking and internal workflows.  
• Create and refine automations to improve data accuracy and reduce manual tasks.  
• Build user-friendly interfaces that simplify access and data interaction.  
• Develop dashboards and reporting views for tracking project progress and performance metrics.  
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and tool integrations.  
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

​

Must-Have

​

• Advanced proficiency in Airtable, including Automations, Interfaces, and Scripting.  
• Strong understanding of workflow design, data modeling, and relational structures.  
• Proven experience developing internal tools or dashboards for project management.  
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.  
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage priorities independently.

Preferred

​

• Familiarity with the data-labeling industry.

​

Compensation & Legal
