Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales located in Kansas City, MO. The Director of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing sales operations, and driving business development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, leading account management efforts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

This individual will be required to close business and attend sales meetings as the team is developing underneath them. It is important that this person can build out a department, including CRM development, funnel development, scripting, quota management, and sales objective development and execution. We are looking for someone who can lead, manage, and hold their team accountable. Ideally, this individual would be a passionate problem solver who can coach, train, and develop our sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development
  • Experience in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of Sales Operations and processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the security or technology industry is a plus
