Series A Cybersecurity Vendor | Early GTM Hire  

Up to $350k OTE, 50/50, plus stock options

A fast-scaling, Series A–funded cybersecurity vendor is redefining how organizations protect sensitive data with next-generation encryption technology. The company is entering a high-growth phase and is building its foundational go-to-market team in the United States.

The Role

We’re searching for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to serve as one of the company’s earliest sales hires. This is a rare opportunity to join an emerging encryption vendor at a pivotal moment — with the freedom to shape territory strategy, influence the commercial playbook, and help land the company’s first wave of major enterprise customers.  

This is a remote role open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new enterprise business across the U.S., targeting organizations with complex data-security and encryption requirements.
  • Develop territory plans, prospect strategically, and manage full-cycle sales from outreach to close.
  • Build strong relationships with CISOs, security architects, compliance leaders, and technical evaluators.
  • Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to refine messaging, influence roadmap, and shape early GTM motion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, virtual demos, and customer briefings.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and maintain disciplined pipeline management.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of cybersecurity sales experience, with a strong record of exceeding quota.
  • Minimum 5 years selling encryption-focused solutions (e.g., key management, data-at-rest/ in-transit encryption, cryptography platforms, tokenization, privacy-enhancing technologies).
  • Successful history landing and expanding enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical discussions with security stakeholders.
  • Experience selling for an early-stage or high-growth startup is a major plus.
  • Self-starter mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a desire to help build something from the ground up.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
