My client is an AI-native fintech transforming the modern back-office and redefining how finance teams operate.
What you’ll do
• Own the full customer onboarding journey - from contract signature through successful launch
• Map intricate pricing and usage structures into our internal configuration framework
• Act as a subject-matter expert on the platform for both customers and internal teams
• Provide high-impact product insights to engineering and product as the person closest to real-world customer workflows
• Help define our processes, build repeatable playbooks, and scale the onboarding/product operations function alongside our leadership team
Who you are
• 2+ years of experience in a technical, analytical, or customer-facing role (implementation, solutions engineering, product operations, data analysis, etc.) within a fast-growing environment
• Strong technical foundation-STEM background, experience with technical products/teams, or meaningful technical projects
• Motivated by end-to-end ownership and moving quickly to deliver value for customers
• Exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail
• Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and building strong relationships across teams
