The Role
We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer to join a high-growth go-to-market team and partner closely with Account Executives on complex, enterprise sales cycles.
You’ll act as the technical authority in the deal — running discovery, delivering high-impact demos, supporting PoCs, and helping customers design solutions across their data ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Founding GTM team throughout the full sales cycle as the technical lead
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demos to technical and executive stakeholders
- Run technical discovery, solution design, and architecture conversations
- Support PoCs, trials, and enterprise evaluations
- Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear business value
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer needs and market signals
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant technical Sales Engineering experience
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Deep understanding and experience with the modern data stack, including:
- Data Warehouses/Lakes (Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
- Data Transformation/Modeling (DBT)
- Workflow Orchestration (Airflow or similar)
- Python Notebooks
- Experience running product pre-sale product demos and POCs.
