Implementation Manager – Sprinklr (East Coast, US)

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to lead complex Sprinklr implementation projects for one of our clients — a leading company in the digital marketing and advertising services sector. This role is ideal for a technical leader passionate about enterprise SaaS implementations, team development, and delivering impactful client solutions through technology and innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end Sprinklr implementations for enterprise clients.
• Design and manage scalable technical solutions, integrations, and configurations.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing implementation team.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and measurable business outcomes.

Key qualifications:

• 4+ years leading enterprise SaaS or CX platform implementations (Sprinklr experience required).
• Strong technical background with leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to bridge technical detail and business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based on the East Coast (US).
