Role: M365 Solutions Architect/Lead

Experience: 12+ years (Lead level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and manage M365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.)
• Handle M365 tenant configuration, security, governance, compliance, and migrations (Tenant-to-Tenant)
• Provide best practices, documentation, and troubleshooting support
• Lead cloud strategy sessions and mentor project teams

Skills Required:

• Expertise in M365 ecosystem and security (Intune, Entra ID, SailPoint, Conditional Access)
• Strong AD, identity management, and networking knowledge
• M365 certifications preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
