Overseas Solutions Engineer (European Market Focus)
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients to gain in-depth insights into their technical requirements; conduct professional interpretation and assessment of project technical specifications to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Develop tailored energy storage system solutions based on client needs, covering key equipment selection, system architecture layout, control strategies, and system performance.
- Provide robust technical support to the sales team, participate in technical negotiations, support project tenders, and deliver professional solution presentations or training sessions.
- Actively participate in the entire project lifecycle from initiation to handover, ensuring efficient and smooth delivery in line with the project schedule.
- Maintain close liaison with all project stakeholders, drive project progress, and ensure steady implementation in accordance with established plans and standards.
- Continuously monitor the latest developments, technological advancements in the energy storage industry, and key client needs; provide timely and accurate information input for the company's product R&D and market strategies.
- Support the marketing department in promotional activities, such as trade fairs, new product launches, roadshows, technical seminars, and technical summits.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Electrochemical Energy Storage, or related disciplines; fluent in spoken English.
- 3-5 years of experience in energy storage system design; proficient in primary and secondary electrical principles and integrated design of low-voltage switchgear, ring main units, and European transformers; possess solid electrical engineering expertise.
- Familiar with European and national standards (e.g., IEC, EN standards) for energy storage power station-related products and electrical components.
- Proficient in electrochemical energy storage technologies, including battery principles, performance evaluation, and system design.
- Understanding of basic power system principles, including grid connection, grid simulation models, and power quality management.
- Skilled in using secondary drawing software to create primary system diagrams, secondary schematic diagrams, and secondary wiring diagrams.
- Willing to travel to regions including Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific; with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
