Role Description
Geek+ is seeking a Regional Sales Manager/Director of Regions for a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies to expand market share in your designated region. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients, presenting and selling Geek+ solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties involve delivering sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within technology, supply chain, logistics, or robotics industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships and effectively represent the company.
- Strategic planning abilities and experience in regional market analysis, with a successful track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA and travel regionally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Knowledge of intelligent logistics, robotics systems, or automation solutions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
