🎯 Your Mission

Lead from the front: hunt, engage, and close new client partnerships in IT staffing. You’ll own the sales cycle end-to-end—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing—while collaborating with delivery teams to ensure success.

🛠️ Your Core Responsibilities

  • Win new logos across mid-market and enterprise clients  
  • Craft strategic sales plans aligned with client talent needs  
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, procurement leaders, and C-suite stakeholders  
  • Partner with delivery teams for seamless staffing fulfillment  
  • Drive negotiations, proposals, and contract closures with confidence  
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to position AES as a trusted partner

🔍 What You Bring

  • 10+ years in IT Services or Staffing sales, with proven new client acquisition wins  
  • A hunter’s mindset—strategic, self-motivated, and results-driven  
  • Expertise in staffing models, recruitment lifecycle, and service delivery  
  • Sharp communication and negotiation skills with executive presence  
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred)
