About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Sales, B2C to lead and scale our consumer sales organization across two branch locations. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with full ownership of sales strategy, P&L performance, and team development.

The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building consistent sales execution across branches, and developing a high-performing, well-trained sales team. This role is onsite in Charlotte, NC and requires a leader who values in-person collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the B2C sales strategy across two branch locations
  • Maintain full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margins, forecasting, and expense management
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and frontline sales teams
  • Build and implement sales training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement programs
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting cadence across branches
  • Drive consistency in sales process, messaging, and customer experience
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to optimize performance
  • Analyze market trends, branch-level performance, and customer behavior to inform strategy
  • Ensure accountability through performance management, incentives, and compensation plans

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive B2C sales experience
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role with direct responsibility for teams and revenue
  • Proven experience leading multiple locations or branches
  • Demonstrated success owning P&L and sales forecasting
  • Strong background in sales training, coaching, and enablement
  • Data-driven, disciplined leader with strong operational and financial acumen
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
