Sales Director
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Sales, B2C to lead and scale our consumer sales organization across two branch locations. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with full ownership of sales strategy, P&L performance, and team development.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building consistent sales execution across branches, and developing a high-performing, well-trained sales team. This role is onsite in Charlotte, NC and requires a leader who values in-person collaboration and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the B2C sales strategy across two branch locations
- Maintain full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margins, forecasting, and expense management
- Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and frontline sales teams
- Build and implement sales training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement programs
- Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting cadence across branches
- Drive consistency in sales process, messaging, and customer experience
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to optimize performance
- Analyze market trends, branch-level performance, and customer behavior to inform strategy
- Ensure accountability through performance management, incentives, and compensation plans
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive B2C sales experience
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role with direct responsibility for teams and revenue
- Proven experience leading multiple locations or branches
- Demonstrated success owning P&L and sales forecasting
- Strong background in sales training, coaching, and enablement
- Data-driven, disciplined leader with strong operational and financial acumen
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
