Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between our cutting-edge AI platform and our customers' real-world challenges. You'll work directly with prospects and customers to understand their outage management processes, identify pain points, and architect solutions that integrate Gisual into their existing NMS and ITSM environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to analyze their current outage management workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and present custom integration solutions that connect Gisual with their network monitoring and ITSM systems
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution demonstrations
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise and post-sales implementation guidance
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable feedback

What We Are Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of APIs and integration architectures
• Experience with Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and business audiences
• Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to design innovative integration approaches

Soft Skills:

• Consultative approach to understanding customer processes and pain points
• Natural curiosity and desire to understand how systems work together
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
