Role
The role is for a Sales Engineer, based in NYC 3 Days a week.
You’ll be the technical powerhouse on the enterprise sales team, partnering closely with Account Executives to uncover client challenges, build and deliver tailored demos, lead technical discovery sessions, showcase the platform’s capabilities (including custom or non-standard features), drive POCs with Product and Customer teams, bridge Sales/Product/Customer alignment, respond to RFPs/RFIs and security queries, and provide field insights to shape the product roadmap—all while continuously refining demo environments, technical collateral, and pre-sales processes.
Ideal Candidate
This position is ideal for someone with 3+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting (ideally B2B SaaS), who’s spent time in the modern finance/procurement stack and is familiar with ERPs, CLMs, GRC, procurement, and AP automation platforms. You’re an exceptional communicator who can simplify complex concepts for any audience, a proactive problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the technical agility to quickly master and demo a sophisticated AI platform. You thrive leading demos, crafting custom solutions, and handling enterprise technical requirements.
