Senior Solution Consultant

Kerplunk is an AI-powered workforce and business intelligence platform that transforms unstructured conversational data into predictive, actionable talent intelligence. Our platform enables Chief Human Resources Officers to move beyond their legacy transactional systems, where employee data is static and incomplete, to predictive workforce strategy by capturing the spoken words of employees to form a complete understanding of their people. We are building the Persona System of Record, moving beyond the limitations of administrative system structured data to harness the power of the spoken word to maximize human potential and drive business outcomes.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join our growing go-to-market sales team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of our customer demonstration framework, build out the Kerplunk software demonstration instance, conduct pre-sales engagement prospect research, and lead Kerplunk platform demonstrations with prospective and existing customers. In addition to your sales counterparts, you will be collaborating frequently with our Chief Product Strategy Officer, Product Management, and Head of Engineering to ensure alignment between product and prospect requirements. Key to this role is the ability to align how the Kerplunk platform harvests workforce intelligence and insights that drive business outcomes in three pillars - Revenue Growth, Strategic Advantage, and Profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive customer demonstration frameworks from scratch, that effectively showcase Kerplunk's value proposition
• Build and maintain demonstration environments that highlight key platform capabilities and use cases
• Conduct thorough pre-sales research on prospects to tailor demonstrations to their specific needs and challenges
• Lead compelling product demonstrations for C-suite executives, particularly CHROs and other HR leaders
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized solutions that address customer pain points
• Articulate how Kerplunk's AI capabilities translate into tangible business outcomes across revenue growth, strategic advantage, and profitability
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs
• Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and market requirements

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Proven track record of successfully demonstrating complex SaaS platforms to enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of HR technology landscape and workforce analytics
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Tell a story!
• Experience working with AI/ML technologies and articulating their business applications
• Ability to quickly understand customer business challenges and position solutions accordingly
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience selling to or working with C-suite executives, particularly in HR functions
