A growing technology company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to support customers using its high-performance networking software. This role suits someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, solving technical problems, and working directly with customers.

What You’ll Do

​

​

• Work with customers to understand their technical needs and design practical solutions.
• Run proof-of-concept projects to show how the technology performs in real environments.
• Give clear technical demos, answer customer questions, and guide them through deployment.
• Support the sales team with technical detail during customer discussions.
• Work with product and engineering teams to share feedback and suggest improvements.
• Keep up with developments in cloud platforms, networking, and distributed systems.
• Attend customer meetings and occasional industry events.

What You Bring

​

​

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, systems engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Experience working directly with customers or supporting pre-sales activities.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containers.
• Knowledge of networking basics and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using Linux and writing simple scripts (Python or similar).
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly and work through issues methodically.
• A technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
