About the Role  

This newly created Solutions Engineer position plays a pivotal role bridging strategic vision and technical execution. You’ll be responsible for scoping, designing, and delivering infrastructure and cloud projects across hybrid environments — supporting clients with 50–110 users and helping them modernize securely and efficiently.

What You’ll Own:  

• Design and deploy hybrid cloud and infrastructure solutions: networking, routing/switching, M365, backups, VM architecture, SANs, site-to-site VPNs  
• Lead client-facing scoping meetings to understand business goals and translate them into clear project plans and scopes of work  
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and documentation  
• Collaborate closely with vCIOs, TAMs, and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements:  

• Must have MSP industry experience  
• Experienced in hybrid infrastructure, cloud environments, and network design  
• Skilled in client communication, project scoping, and technical delivery leadership  
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for driving projects to success
