About the Role
We’re hiring a smart generalist to become an expert on our product and lead both sales demos and customer implementations. You’ll guide customers through their journey—from technical sales support to onboarding, project management, and customer success. This is a unique opportunity to learn a complex B2B product in depth, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to scaling a fast-growing company. You will report directly to the co-founder/CEO.

Responsibilities
- Customer Discovery – Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and lead product demos
- Customer Onboarding – Own end-to-end customer onboarding and training
- Project Management – Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
- Process Improvement – Build scalable onboarding processes, tools, and materials
Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience in customer solutions, customer success, implementation, or ERP/software onboarding
- Strong mix of technical aptitude, project management, and customer-facing skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110k – $165k (depending on experience)
- Equity: 0.01% – 0.10%
- Visa sponsorship available (H1B, TN, etc.)
- On-site in San Francisco, 5 days/week
