💰 $180,000 – $220,000 base

We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company expanding its US presence. This is a highly strategic, customer-facing role where you’ll own the full technical journey — from pre-sales discovery through implementation and go-live.

This isn’t a plug-and-play position. You’ll be building the US solutions capability from the ground up, creating scalable playbooks, shaping customer engagement models, and partnering closely with Sales and Product to drive revenue and product evolution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the technical sales process  

  • Run discovery sessions and technical demos  
  • Translate business needs into scalable API/integration designs  
  • Produce architecture proposals covering security and implementation approach  
  • Partner with Account Executives to close complex enterprise deals  

Own implementation & go-live  

  • Guide customers from POC through production deployment  
  • Design integration plans and troubleshoot API issues directly  
  • Act as the senior technical point of contact until customers are live  

Build scalable solutions infrastructure  

  • Develop demo environments, code samples (Python, Node.js), and API tooling  
  • Create documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical collateral  
  • Help streamline responses to security reviews and technical questionnaires  

Shape the function  

  • Establish repeatable processes for discovery, scoping, and onboarding  
  • Feed insights back into Product and Engineering  
  • Help define how the US solutions team grows over time  

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in Solutions Engineering / Sales Engineering within B2B SaaS  
  • Strong hands-on experience working with APIs and integrations  
  • Comfortable writing sample code and debugging integration issues  
  • Proven track record supporting complex enterprise deals ($100k+ ACV)  
  • Ability to communicate fluently with both engineers and executives  
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment
