BIP is currently expanding its footprint in the United States, focusing on growing its Insurance and Financial Services lines. About the Role:
Our client, a leading insurer in the auto, property, and business lines space, is embarking on a digital transformation program to modernize customer engagement, enhance data-driven marketing, and implement next-generation conversational and analytics tools. The consultant will provide technical leadership across chatbot and voice analytics, data management frameworks, and customer analytics models that drive smarter interactions and operational efficiency across the insurance value chain.
You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside around the posted city, within a 50-mile commute. We are unable to support relocation costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and integration of chatbot and voice analysis solutions to enhance client servicing and contact center efficiency.
- Partner with marketing and digital teams to develop AI-powered customer engagement models, including voice, chat, and omnichannel interfaces.
- Define and implement data management and analytical frameworks, ensuring accuracy, governance, and actionable insight across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and analytics stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making into digital marketing and lead-generation workflows.
- Design data integration pipelines and analytical models that improve personalization, campaign targeting, and performance reporting.
- Work with cross-functional teams to leverage customer data analysis for segmentation, retention, and customer experience improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging insurtech and AI tools applicable to contact center modernization and digital distribution.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and enterprise data security policies in all customer data and AI model designs.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, data analytics, or digital transformation roles within insurance or financial services.
- Proven background in several of the following areas:
- Chatbot and voice analysis models (e.g., NLP, conversational AI)
- Contact center technologies and digital marketing integration
- Data management techniques and architectures (data lakes, ETL, APIs)
- Digital marketing analytics and campaign optimization
- Customer data modeling and segmentation analytics
- Analytical models for customer behavior and engagement
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (GDPR) frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Ability to translate technical insights into business outcomes and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; consulting experience in client-facing environments preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, R, or similar) and modern data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exposure to insurance customer journeys, claims, and policy servicing ecosystems.
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000
