Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales in the business process outsourcing industry (BPO). This role is an individual contributor role. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to foster strong customer relationships. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing BPO sales strategies that align with our business objectives.

Duties

  • Individually contribute by targeting companies who use BPO services
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to drive business development initiatives.
  • Cold calling on potential new business leads
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee account management processes to ensure client retention and growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other technology tools to track sales performance and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for executive leadership.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Vice President or equivalent position in the BPO industry.
  • Extensive background in sales with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving high-performance cultures.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Experience in account management and customer service excellence is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales activities.
  • A track record of successful business development initiatives that have led to revenue growth.
